Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration.
The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

Earrings, for hygiene reasons

Bespoke and personalised pieces, including custom designs, one-of-a-kind commissions, engraved items, resized rings, or made-to-order pieces

Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Gift cards, whether digital or physical
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for change of mind. Approved returns are issued as Maison C&R credit, issued digitally, valid for 3 years from the date of issue, and not redeemable for cash. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For change-of-mind returns, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may arrange your own return shipping or request a prepaid return label from Maison C&R for convenience. Where a prepaid label is used, a $12 flat fee will be deducted from the issued Maison C&R credit once the return has been received and approved.
When returning items using your own postage, we strongly recommend a tracked and insured service. Responsibility for the item remains with the customer until it has been received and inspected by our team.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty under Australian Consumer Law, Maison C&R will cover all return shipping costs.
Repair Returns
If your piece requires repair, please contact us at support@maisoncr.com.au with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the piece. Please wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending your item.
Shipping for repairs:

Warranty repairs: Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Maison C&R covers all shipping costs in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

General maintenance or wear: For repairs relating to accidental damage, general wear and tear, or maintenance, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For domestic repairs, a $12 flat return shipping fee applies to send the repaired item back to you. For international repairs, shipping costs vary by destination; please contact us for a quote. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be packed securely, ideally in original or similarly protective packaging, to prevent damage during transit. Maison C&R cannot accept responsibility for items that arrive further damaged due to insufficient packaging, and in some cases, repairs may not be possible.
