Shipping policy

Every Maison C&R order is handled with care from the moment it is placed through to delivery.

All orders are dispatched from Australia using trusted shipping partners and are fully tracked and insured. All orders require a signature on delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. During promotional periods or times of increased demand, preparation times may extend to 3–5 business days.

Dispatch confirmation and tracking details are provided via email once your order leaves our studio.

Australia

We offer FREE Express Shipping on all Australian domestic orders.

New Zealand

We offer FREE Express Shipping to New Zealand.

2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on location and subject to customs clearance.
